Return to In-Class Instruction

Public Health has finalized an updated document to guide the K-12 in-class instruction. Please take time to review it, paying close attention to:

  • The importance of strict adherence to masking protocols;

  • Changes to COVID-19 case and contact management protocols (See Public Advisory);

  • Direction to the use of masks, cohorting, physical distancing and more.

Please find information here about the resumption of In-Class instruction as well as important details about the dates to have students take the rapid self-tests.

Rapid Testing Program for K-12 Schools

*NOTE* The pink hue that may appear at the very end of the test is not a positive. A positive test is defined by the pink line being in the identified location per the instruction sheet.

The Following video from CBC News offers a step-by-step visual guide to help you understand how to administer the rapid self tests.
